A magical, musical, Jazzy journey blending Jazz vocals (Standards & originals) and instrumentals, with Poetic/JAZZ (jazz-inspired poetry with a splash of vocals), and life-affirming principles that touch the Soul and heal the Heart. Spirit/JAZZ! showcases women musicians and vocalists who bring their own jazzy message filled with Spirit.

Spirit/ARTS! Improv Ensemble
The Spirit/ARTS! Improv Ensemble creates original participatory performances, and offers workshops that introduce artists and audiences to the Spirit/ARTS! Method, a collaborative approach to improvisation, creativity, cultural dialogue, and community-building through the arts.
"The Healing Drum" Women's Shamanic Drum Circle
A sacred women’s shamanic drum circle where rhythm, movement, intention, and connection creates safe space for healing, release, Inner Wisdom, and transformation.
Sister to Sister: Sharing Our Stories, Sharing Our Voices (S2S)
S2S is a safe, supportive, and compassionate writing circle created especially for women experiencing homelessness. In this trauma-informed, strengths-based writing community, women are invited to share their stories, reflect, and listen while affirming and encouraging each other.
Guided by the Amherst Writers & Artists method, writers not only explore their stories, but recognize their strengths, honor their resilence, and reconnect with their own voices, their own hearts, and their own dreams. Through sharing their stories, healing begins.
No writing experience is necessary. Writers of all skill levels and literacy levels are embraced. Only a willingness to write from the Heart is required.
Every voice is welcomed.
